Posted: 6 AprilIt's a fun game to play but I'm adamantly against cash shops and especially against cash shops with insane prices that can only be considered predatory. If this game had a 'complete version' you could buy and no cash shop, period, ever, it would be an awesome game.I'm actually surprised Valve allows this game to be for sale given the pricing in the shop (kidding, Valve would sell probably child porn if they could get away with it, the hentai games are already close). You know how most games that have some kind of mild slime going on at least list all the editions, DLC, or whatever you can buy on the Steam store page itself? Notice how this game does not? When you see the prices in the cash shop, you'll understand why. You can actually pay $100 for a year of 'membership'.That's when I uninstalled, because even though the game is good, I want nothing to do with anybody that insane.Gameplay is interesting.
Fast moving yet enough tactical to keep be quite interesting. Simplistic graphics but the presentation is really good, and the vibe is good. As someone who started out with the PnP D&D books, I enjoyed the tabletop feel.
Yes, there are several ways to obtain pizza without paying.1. Best guilds in MP during each month win some pizza (see2. Authors of adventures which are submitted to Mauve Manticore, approved and published in-game get some pizza as a reward3. Similarly there is an on-going contest for MP maps.
If they are published, then Blue Manchu give pizza to author.4. Pizza is sometimes distributed as a prize in official tournaments (for example winners of recent 2nd Peasant Swiss Tournament got 400 pieces of pizza each: ).
